I haven’t posted a recipe in quite a while, so here finally comes one again: the recipe for a watermelon-raspberry-lime-slushy! Do you know slush ice? This has the exact same consistence (so it’s a perfect summer recipe!), but it’s super healthy and makes a perfect snack or second breakfast, like I had it today. I know that quite some people have only smoothies for breakfasts too, but for me that would never ever be enough. I need my oats or bread. What about you? But anyways: this slushy is the perfect second breakfast! #neversaynotobreakfast!
1/8 watermelon (half of a quarter 😀 )
1 cup frozen raspberries
Get rid of the watermelon skin, then place the watermelon flesh and the frozen raspberries into a Mason jar and blend it all with a hand blender. Then put the jar back into the freezer for about ten minutes. Meanwhile, press the lime, then add the lime juice into the slushy and mix it all with a fork.
Super fresh, super yummy and super healthy!
