II am currently a total smoothie bowl fan – most of you will already know that. Before I didn’t like them that much as they didn’t really satisfy me. Now that I’ve started to add oats and fruits and cereals to them, smoothie bowls have changed entirely. Actually I don’t eat any more yoghurts anymore, because smoothie bowls are so much fresher and healthier! Here comes the recipe to one that brings a little summer and sunshine to dark and cold winter days:
1/2 cup frozen mangoes (you can get them at at the grocery store!)
1/2 cup oats
1 glass of tropical juice (I used this Naked smoothie!)
Blend everything – done! Frozen fruits from the supermarket are my absolute smoothie rescue, as they are cheap, never turn bad and are always awailable. Bon Appetite!
