Heyho!
Some of you asked me a lot of questions on instagram a few days ago – and here come my answers!

How old are you?
Hehe, I love this question. Mostly I ask back: what do you think? It’s really cute to hear that I look like 16 – or even younger! Before I got mad when someone said that, now it’s just amusing. I’m 21 and will turn 22 on December 23rd.

How do you motivate yourself to work out?
Good question. By now I have a good routine in which I don’t need much of motivation as I’m so used to work out and enjoy it. But it can be hard to run in this weather – then I decide to do just 2-3km, which would only take bout 15 minutes, and usually end up running more.

How tall are you?
Before I would have panicked now and said “about 1,60m”. Nowadays I’m honest: 1,55. And I’m more and more confident about it every single day.

What does your workout routine look like?
I can tell you my usual routine, but right now it’s very different as I have so much to do and am way too busy on some days. I usually try to work out 6 times a week, at the moment I only manage 3-4 times. It’s annoying and I can’t wait for when I have more time again. But when I have time, I split my strength training into three sessions a week, do crossfit twice and run once. Read more here.

How many rest days do you have?
Usually just one, as I split my strength training into muscle groups and the arms car rest on leg days etc. But right now its more like three as I travel so much that I have to skip workouts!
