For today’s #BLOGMAS you can win a Polar A360 Activity Tracker!
I am the biggest fan of Polar watches on the world. I couldn’t survive without mine anymore as I use it to track basically everything. Whenever my watch tells me I need to move, I move. When my Polar app shows that I have a lack of sleep, I make sure to go to bed early. Every single day I aim to fill my activity bar to 100%. I couldn’t run any races without my running watches anymore, as I wouldn’t have a feeling for my pace. Am I too fast? Too slow? My Polar watches know it all!
I have tried the Loop, M400, M600, A300, A360 and M200 so far and will now introduce you to my favourites, but if you have questions about the others, let me know! Just to clarify: the M-series have GPS, which make them running-watches!
Polar A360 Activity Tracker
From Snapchat you will know that I love my A360 to bits (headless me lost it two weeks ago though and I had to take my mum’s for the picture, boohoo!). It tracks all my activity during the day, and has an endless number of sports profiles (even things like cross-country skiing or all the Les Mills classes!) to track all my workouts too. It measures my heart rate from the wrist. When setting your watch up, you enter your hight, age, fitness level etc. and knowing those, the watch also tracks your burnt calories, which I always think sound extremely accurate (other than competing brands!). And even though this activity tracker doesn’t have GPS tracking for running, the runs are measured quite well (the A360 counts your steps!). At a 6km run, the deviation will be about 500m. But this is especially good for gym-people.
What I love most about this watch, is its look though. It is quite delicate and the touchscreen looks great! And you can chance the wristbands, which I love because you can match it with your outfits! 😉
Polar M200 Running Watch
I was so excited when this watch was released – a pretty good looking round watch with wrist-based heart rate measuring. No heart rate belts needed anymore! This one doesn’t have a touch screen with colour, but it has GPS, which means that it tells me how far and how fast I run, and I definitely need that for races. I couldn’t run a half marathon without tracking that I stay below 6 min/km! When I first ran a half marathon with a Polar watch on (my third one), I finally managed to finish it under 2 hours! This watch is quite basic, but that’s what I need for my races. And with the sports profiles, activity tracking etc. It does everything the A360 does too, but is perfect for runners thanks to the GPS.
