For the first time I decided to make a post about what’s inside my bag (maybe the most cliché post in the blogging world). But this blogpost is quite funny for me. Because I always forget half of my stuff (who follows me on Snapchat knows that I’m the most chaotic person in the world).
For instance I always forget to bring a small towel to sit on while training. Usually I also forget my bigger towel, so I’ll have to shower at home. Which is good, because I also forget my shower gel. But the things that I don’t forget, are the following:
- gym membership card
- gym shoes
- sports bra
- hair band
- hair brush
- sports watch
- heart rate belt
- waist bag for locker keys and phone
- asthma spray
If I remember, I’ll also bring a snack for after my workout – sports make me so hungry! My favourite snacks are a filling smoothie or a protein bar. They will keep me going until I’m home and my dinner is ready.
What do you always bring in your sports bag? I just realised that my bag is missing deodorant as well – is anyone else there as chaotic as me? I guess I would have to buy double deodorant/shampoo/shower gel and always leave those in my gym bag. Do you have more tips?
