Happy 3rd of December guys! My favourite time of the year is finally full upon us.
For me that means one thing above all: spices. Cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves. That’s what Christmas tastes like. Ever since the first Advent, I will be stuffing those spices into everything. And it doesn’t always have to be buttery, sugary, gingerbread! I’m not saying that you can’t treat yourself, I definitely have all the sweets during Christmas time and would be the last one to say no to something I love. But Christmas cooking can also be super healthy too. Just give a little Christmassy twist to your recipe by adding your favourite spices! That’s exactly what I did to this recipe: my protein-packed Christmas tree pancake stack. And let’s be honest. Doesn’t it just look frickin’ amazing? I think I’ve never been as proud of my cooking and photography! (shameless shoulder-patting!)
Today I’m so proud to share something with you, that I’ve been working on for quite a while! I am so proud to announce that I, Lottie, am an official Polar ambassador. I still have to pinch myself when saying that. They create fitness watches and activity trackers, believe in listening to your body and encourage you to move. And I’m one of their “faces” now. In fact, I’m the only blogger amongst a lot of athletes! But more about that later. There will be a lot more Polar magic during my #Blogmas, promise!
