Birthday smoothie time!
Today between breakfast and lunch I got so hungry that I made myself this: a breakfast smoothie bowl. Smoothie bowls are so great as I always add some oats for thickness so they make me full, but yet they’re mostly just fruit – yums! In Germany there’s a drink called KiBa which is cherry and banana juice and that’s how I came up with this:
1 cup soy milk
1 cup frozen cherries
4 tbsp oats
Blend everything and top with more fruit. Muesli is a great topping too, if you want something more filling, maybe for breakfast.
